I absolutely adored the elegant and peaceful ambiance of the hotel's decoration. The warmth of the wood and the exquisite design elements create a truly inviting atmosphere. The common areas are tastefully adorned with beautiful artworks, adding a touch of sophistication to the surroundings. It was a joy to relax and spend time in such a well-appointed space.
The only improvement I would suggest is for the staff to provide a bit more assistance and attention to detail when catering to the needs of senior guests. While the children working there were polite and well-presented, I believe a bit more attentiveness and understanding of the specific requirements of older individuals would elevate the overall vacation experience for seniors.

We had a delightful weekend getaway at Locanda Rossa. The rural location was perfect for a peaceful escape. Our upgraded room was spacious and beautifully decorated, complete with a welcome bowl of chocolates. The comfortable bed ensured a restful sleep, and we loved the delicious and varied breakfast options. The hotel's attention to detail was impeccable, offering amenities such as two swimming pools, a tennis court, a padel pista, and a jogging trail. The restaurant was excellent, and the staff, including the helpful conciergerie team, made our stay truly enjoyable. We can't wait to return!
Would recommend this hotel.

Huge property with amazing views, lovely spa treatments, modern and stylish rooms. Cons: Who needs generousity of spirit? Let's charge for everything, including breakfast eggs, and let the smokers dominate the bar and breakfast area. Hilarious!

The location of the hotel was stunning, surrounded by beautiful olive groves and a peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options to choose from. the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, making our stay more pleasant.
The rooms were quite small and did not meet our expectations. It would have been nice to have a bathtub in the room instead of just a shower.

Our family had an amazing time exploring the PAR 72 course within the lush greenery of the Maremma. The natural obstacles, such as the beautiful evergreen trees and arbutus bushes, added an exciting challenge to the game. The staff's dedication to space and sanitation ensured a safe and clean environment for us and our children. We were also thrilled to discover the visual works and artist residences that brought a unique vibrancy to the Maremma.
For dads, it would be great to have more dedicated play areas for children.

The Locanda Rossa was perfect for our group of friends who love going out at nights. the beautiful and tasteful decor created a wonderful atmosphere, and the friendly and incredibly helpful staff made us feel right at home. the remote location in the lovely countryside provided a peaceful setting, while still being close enough to explore Parco Nationale della Maremma with its nature walks and interesting flora and fauna. the restaurant offered delicious Tuscan food, and the breakfast spread was generous with fresh pastries, fruits, cheeses, and more. the staff, especially the Manageress Barbara, went above and beyond to make our 12-day stay amazing. We're already planning to return next year.
Felt like visiting family, no complaints.

Locanda Rossa is a true gem. I was immediately charmed by the elegant interior design, which exuded warmth and sophistication. The common areas were easily accessible for senior people like me, with comfortable seating and clear pathways throughout the property. I particularly loved how the contemporary art showcased in the hotel added a touch of culture and visual interest.
The only thing I would have appreciated during my stay at Locanda Rossa is if the staff were a bit more attentive to the needs of senior guests like myself. It would have been helpful if they were more proactive in assisting with small tasks, such as cleaning bottles or ensuring the availability of water by the pool.
